究竟在1989六四大屠殺前數週，中共政治局高官是否紛紛向瑞士駐北京大使詢問: 如何向瑞士銀行轉移存款?
首先披露此事者，是加拿大前《南華早報》記者Tom Korski。Korski自加拿大國立圖書暨檔案館(Library and Archives Canada/Bibliothèque et Archives Canada)依《信息公開法(Access to Information Act/Loi sur l'accès à l'information)》解密文件中讀到加拿大外交使節於1989年自北京致加國政府之密電多則。電文痛陳中共最高層腐敗驚人，且轉述當時瑞士駐北京大使(電文謂其人“中國通”)云: 過去數月中每一個中共政治局常委都曾問他如何向瑞士銀行賬戶中轉移大筆存款。
同一批解密加拿大電文中，還有描述共匪六四大屠殺之慘烈細節:
- 一位老婦人給士兵下跪，哀求不要殺害學生，卻遭士兵打死。
- 一個男孩跟著一位婦女逃生，女的手中還推著一駕小車，車内有約兩歲大的幼兒，他們遭坦克碾過，坦克又調轉回來，把他們的屍體碾成肉泥。
此種歷史細節，尚有2017年英國國家檔案館(The National Archives)解密之1989英國北京外交密檔，以及時任澳洲總理Bob Hawke於1989年6月9日於澳洲國會六四哀悼會之演説文(節錄見以上影片中)，足資佐證。以下節錄英國使節發回倫敦電文數則:
- 而來犯裝甲車不分學生與官兵，一起碾軋。
- 隨後裝甲車將傷亡者反復碾軋成肉泥，屍骨由鏟車鏟起，焚燒之後，被沖入排水溝中。
- 27軍所得命令是，遇人則殺，對來自瀋陽軍區之受傷官兵，也槍殺無赦。
- 四位受傷女學生，哀求饒命，被一一用刺刀刺死。
- 一位三歲女童受傷，其母衝上前搶救時被射殺，前後有六人上前營救女童，也一一被射殺。
- 一千左右歷難不死者，被人告知可經由“正義路”逃生，結果逃入圈套陷阱，遭事先埋伏之機槍掃射。
- 軍方自己的多輛救護車，以及一輛中日友誼醫院的救護車，也遭射擊。
- 一位救護車司機，見車内醫護同事中槍死傷，乃駕救護車，衝向開槍凶手，被開槍者用反坦克武器擊為碎片。
- 瀋陽軍區迷失方向的卡車，與27軍的裝甲車相遇，也被裝甲車撞翻，瀋陽軍區的官兵，也被裝甲車碾死。
- 27軍中對於殺人猶豫不決的官兵，也遭同袍當場射殺。
- 27軍使用Dum Dum bullets。
- 27軍一路射殺樓房陽臺上平民及街道清潔工人甚多，以此為瞄準練習。
- 對平民死亡之最低估計為一萬人。
以上2017年英國國家檔案館解密之1989外交密檔，獲得多家新聞報道，先是一不知名的漢語網站首發，隨後法新社(Agence France-Presse)到位於倫敦Kew – Richmond的英國國家檔案館獨立校閲並證實，乃有泰晤士報(2017年12月23日)，德國之聲(2017年12月23日)，BBC廣播(2017年12月23日)，獨立報(2017年12月23日)，自由亞洲(2017年12月21日)陸續報道。
然而上述早於英國兩年多解密的加拿大1989外交密檔，卻并未受矚目。Korski於2015年1月26日首發報道之後，僅有每日電訊(2015年1月27日)，自由亞洲(2015年1月29日)，及紐約時報之“網上論壇” (2015年1月29日)跟進，隨後便沉寂了。
何以加拿大1989外交密檔未受矚目? 似乎與紐約時報“網上論壇”2015年1月29日那一篇報道有關。該報道署名Austin Ramzy，對於解密檔案中的六四大屠殺細節一筆略過，主要篇幅用於否認1989年中共政治局高官企圖向瑞士銀行轉移存款。其文曰: Erwin Schurtenberger, 1988年4月至1995年4月任瑞士駐中國大使，謂中共控制嚴密，他本人及各國使節在1989危機期間並無機會接觸高官。Schurtenberger並在電郵中寫道，聲稱中共高官曾詢問他轉移存款之事“聼來荒謬”。(...the Swiss ambassador to China from April 1988 to April 1995, said that stringent political controls meant that he and other foreign envoys never had such access to high-level figures before or during the 1989 crisis. In an email interview he wrote that the assertion that he was approached to discuss transferring funds abroad “sounds absurd.”)
真相至此似乎大白，加拿大1989密電中引述的瑞士大使親自出面，於2015年否認當年傳聞。“清白無辜”的中共高官，惡名得洗。無怪話題也就此沉寂了。然而對於這26年後的一口否認，我有點好奇，便在網絡上搜索了一下瑞士大使Erwin Schurtenberger今天的身份，結果并不意外。他是:
- 瑞中經濟協會(Swiss Chinese Chamber of Commerce)榮譽會員
- 中國海洋石油總公司(China National Offshore Oil Corporation – CNOOC Group)董事(2005年4月因并購美國加州石油公司Union Oil Company of California and Unocal Corporation – Unocal一案而辭職)
- 瑞士信貸集團(Credit Suisse Group AG)商業顧問
- 諾華製藥及生物科技(Novartis International AG)商業顧問
- 高級人才管理中國培訓中心資深顧問
對比廿餘年前加拿大使節發自北京致本國政府的密電，和廿餘年後已在中共黑金層層包裹中的前瑞士大使的矢口否認，我想更可信的自然是前者，因此也在製作的影片中照實引用。
